Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Silk Moon. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return guidelines:

Clothing Returns

We accept returns on clothing items within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition
With tags still attached

Shoe Returns

Shoes may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for return, shoes must be:

Unworn and free of visible signs of wear
In resellable condition, as determined at the sole discretion of our staff
In original packaging, when possible

Refunds

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued once items have been inspected and approved for return.

Additional Notes

All items must be returned with a receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
Final sale items, including discounted merchandise are not eligible for return.
