Return and Refund Policy

 We want you to love your purchase from Silk Moon. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return guidelines:

We accept returns on clothing items within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be:

• Unworn
   
• Unwashed
   
• In original condition
   
• With tags still attached
   

Shoes may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for return, shoes must be:

• Unworn and free of visible signs of wear
   
• In resellable condition, as determined at the sole discretion of our staff
   
• In original packaging, when possible
   

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Refunds will be issued once items have been inspected and approved for return.

• All items must be returned with a receipt.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
   
• Final sale items, including discounted merchandise are not eligible for return.
