Special Order Policy

At Silk Moon, we’re happy to offer special orders to help you find the perfect item. To ensure a smooth process, please review our special order terms below:

• Deposit Requirement: A 15% deposit is required at the time the order is placed.
   
• Estimated Arrival: Depending on the item and department, most special orders take approximately 2 weeks to arrive. We will notify you by phone as soon as your item is in-store and ready for pickup.
   
• Deposit Application:
   
  • If you choose to purchase the item, your deposit will be applied toward the final price.
     
  • If you decide not to purchase the item, your deposit will be converted to store credit.
     
• Exceptions:
   
  • If your item arrives incorrectly or becomes unavailable, your deposit will be fully refunded.
     
  • We do not offer special orders on sale items.
     
  • Special order items are not eligible for discounts, regardless of in-store promotions or markdowns.
